WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME?

Please contact us directly regarding our current lead times. Due to fluctuations in workload this changes on a regular basis and as such do not advertise this. Once your item has been finished and is ready to dispatch, we will inform our couriers who will endeavour to get your furniture delivered within 5 working days.  We are always happy to provide updates on how your order is coming along!

CAN I ORDER COLOUR SAMPLES?

You can indeed.  Our sample packs are £25, and will be sent out with 2-3 working days of your order. You can order sample packs here.

CAN YOU BUILD BESPOKE?

The majority of our business is based around the unique and wonderful ideas we receive from customers, for totally custom pieces. Please get in touch so we can discuss your needs and provide you with a quote.

WHAT IF THE SIZE I WANT ISN'T ON THE WEBSITE?

Absolutely everything we make is built to order, so if the size you need isn’t on the website, get in touch and we can discuss your needs and provide you with a quote.

DO YOU DELIVER TO MY HOME?

Yes. We deliver nationwide with a door to door service.

CAN I COLLECT?

Yes, of course! We welcome collections. Opting for collection also waves any delivery fee 

I CANNOT WORK YOUR WEBSITE

If you have any problems placing your order online or cannot find an item you are looking for please give us a call or send an email and we can help you place the order over the telephone or alternatively call into our factory and we can discuss your needs and assist in placing your order.

DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM OR CAN I SEE YOUR PRODUCTS BEFORE I BUY?

We do not have a showroom currently, but if you would like to visit us to view some of our products in production please contact us to arrange this.
