Refund policy

Please be aware, as all of our products are custom built and made to order they are not subject to distance selling regulations and are therefore non-returnable or exchangeable.

Our delivery fee covers the delivery to the listed delivery address and does not cover any return. Should you wish to return an item, the delivery cost for this must be covered by the customer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.  Our couriers will ask you to sign a delivery note, to confirm your acceptance of the item(s).
