Once your item has been built, you will receive an email to inform you of completion and its despatch.  Our couriers will then collect from us, from this point we have no control over the delivery. 

Our couriers will contact you directly, so if you do have any queries after their initial contact - please liaise with them directly, as we are unable to arrange specific dates/times on their behalf.

Our delivery is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address or you can opt to collect in person from our factory.
