Once your item has been built, you will receive an automated email to inform you of completion.  Our couriers will then collect from us, from this point we have no control over the delivery. 

Our couriers will contact you directly, so if you do have any queries after their initial contact - please liaise with them directly, as we are unable to arrange specific dates/times on their behalf.

Our fixed delivery cost starts at £65, which we define as Premium Delivery.   This will always be a 2 person delivery team, delivering your product(s) to a room of your choice, assembling when required, and removing all waste packaging from the items.

For orders containing wall mounted shelving only, delivery starts at £25. 

Samples will be charged a delivery fee. Due to fluctuations in courier costs, this fee cannot be fixed. 

If you need to rearrange your delivery, please do so with more than 48hrs notice or you may be charged for redelivery.  If you do wish to change the delivery date, it may be a further 5-10 days before our couriers are able to make the delivery - although they will do their best to get products to you sooner than this.

Any delivery dates or time slots given are estimates only.  While we will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the goods within the time slot agreed we will not be responsible for any losses caused to the customer as a result of late delivery, and are unable to offer compensation if the agreed delivery date is missed or cancelled.

All of our deliveries are tracked, and you will be notified several times before delivery of the drivers ETA, where possible tracking information will be shared with you (we do our best to stay in touch and to adhere to our timeframes, however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays).

Each delivery slot is scheduled for 20 minutes at each property.  If this is likely to cause delays due to access or any other issues please contact us directly so that we can accommodate your requirements as best as possible. 

If you would like to collect your order in person please contact us directly to arrange this. We will not charge for this delivery method.
